ECDS
ECDS is the platform used to collect voluntary and state-mandated early childhood data. It is designed to inform school districts, communities, and early childhood programs about the effectiveness of prekindergarten, Head Start, and community-based licensed childcare programs in preparing children for kindergarten.

SELA
The purpose of the Special Education Language Acquisition (SELA) is to meet the requirements of Subchapter 1, Chapter 29, Section 29.316 of the Texas Education Code by requiring the language acquisition of each child eight years of age or younger who is deaf or hard of hearing is regularly assessed using a tool or assessment graduation.

SPPI-14
SPPI-14 requires that data be collected annually on students receiving special education services prior to exiting high school in order to conduct a follow-up survey one year after graduation.

SPEDS
The SPEDS - Summer Submission joins together the Early Childhood Outcomes (SPPI-7), Timely Initial Evaluation and Eligibility Determination (SPPI-11), Early Childhood Transition (SPPI-12), and Secondary Transition (SPPI-13) indicators into one submission.
