OCTOBER 21 - Save the date for the annual Region 7 Food Show on October 21, 2025, at Maude Cobb Convention Center in Longview! Food service staff are invited from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, and staff and students may attend from 12:00–2:00 PM (last entry at 1:30 PM). Come explore new products, sample menu items, and connect with vendors!
