The Region 7 ESC Superintendent Symposium will take place on June 2-4, 2026.
The Region 7 ESC Superintendent Symposium is happening June 2-4, 2026, at the Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront, and we’d love for you to be part of it!
This event is your chance to network with East Texas superintendents, build meaningful connections, and showcase how your company can support school districts. With five sponsorship levels and exciting add-ons, there’s an opportunity for every budget.
NEW THIS YEAR: All in-person representatives are invited to attend the Mingle & Jingle event on June 2 at Southern Junction! Eight-foot tables are provided. Those who want to participate in this event are invited to begin setting up at Southern Junction at 4:00 p.m.
Region 7 ESC will cover all meals, programs, and associated expenses. However, sponsors are responsible for all hotel room charges and incidentals. Hotel reservations must be made using the provided reservation link, which will appear on the confirmation screen after securing sponsorship. To assist with meal planning, please book within the Symposium room block. The reservation deadline is Friday, May 1, 2026.

We’re excited to invite you to our Sponsor Mingle & Jingle on Tuesday, June 2, from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m at Southern Junction Steakhouse. This time gives sponsors the chance to connect with superintendents before dinner in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great opportunity to build relationships and showcase your company’s services. Eight-foot tables are provided by the venue. Sponsors may begin setting up at 4:00 p.m.
