School Board Summit - Region 7 ESC

The Region 7 ESC Superintendent Symposium will take place on June 2-4, 2026.

The Region 7 ESC Superintendent Symposium is happening June 2-4, 2026, at the Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront, and we’d love for you to be part of it!
 
This event is your chance to network with East Texas superintendents, build meaningful connections, and showcase how your company can support school districts. With five sponsorship levels and exciting add-ons, there’s an opportunity for every budget.
 
NEW THIS YEAR: All in-person representatives are invited to attend the Mingle & Jingle event on June 2 at Southern Junction! Eight-foot tables are provided.
 
Region 7 ESC will cover all meals, programs, and associated expenses. However, sponsors are responsible for all hotel room charges and incidentals. Hotel reservations must be made using the provided reservation link, which will appear on the confirmation screen after securing sponsorship. To assist with meal planning, please book within the Symposium room block. The reservation deadline is Friday, May 1, 2026.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

NEW THIS YEAR! Sponsor Mingle & Jingle Event at Southern Junction Nightclub & Steakhouse: Join us Tuesday, June 2, from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. for a special opportunity to connect with superintendents before dinner. Dinner is off-site this year at Southern Junction Nightclub & Steakhouse in Royse City. The venue will provide 8-foot tables. Those who would like to participate in the Mingle and Jingle may begin setting up at Southern Junction at 4:00 p.m.

Diamond Level - $5000.00 

  • Admission for up to four (4) representatives
  • Present a $500 scholarship to a Region 7 district
  • Golf hole sponsorship (includes yard sign)
  • Company logo featured on table tents and event banner
  • Full-page ad and logo on the back page of the conference program
  • Logo included in all marketing materials leading up to the conference
  • Option to include swag or promotional items in symposium bags

Platinum Level - $4000.00 

  • Admission for up to three (3) representatives
  • Present a $250 scholarship to a Region 7 district
  • Golf hole sponsorship (includes yard sign)
  • Company logo featured on table tents and event banner
  • Half-page ad and logo on the back page of the conference program
  • Logo included in all marketing materials leading up to the conference
  • Option to include swag or promotional items in symposium bags

Gold Level - $3000.00 

  • Admission for up to two (2) representatives
  • Golf hole sponsorship (includes yard sign)
  • Company logo featured on table tents and event banner
  • Quarter-page ad and logo on the back page of the conference program
  • Logo included in all marketing materials leading up to the conference
