Title IX Team Training

Prepare Your Title IX TeamJoin us for practical guidance to help district personnel understand and fulfill their responsibilities under the Title IX regulations. Led by Sarah Reynolds, Partner at Leon, Alcala, Morse & Reynolds, PLLC, this training will cover responding to reports of sex discrimination and sexual harassment, conducting prompt and equitable grievance procedures, implementing supportive measures, maintaining required documentation, and meeting federal requirements. Because Title IX responsibilities extend beyond the coordinator, districts are encouraged to register all members of their Title IX team. HR Services Cooperative members receive one complimentary registration per district. Additional registrations are available at the discounted rate of $50 per participant. Legal Consulting Cooperative members receive the discounted registration rate of $50 per participant.
