From TEKS to Impact

This session explores how to use the TEKS Resource System as a practical tool for strengthening mathematics instruction. Participants will unpack the depth and rigor of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and examine how aligned learning goals, instructional tasks, and assessments support meaningful student thinking. Through planning experiences, educators will develop stronger instructional moves and leave with strategies that increase clarity, confidence, and impact in the math classroom.
