Superintendent Meetings

Region 7 ESC hosts regular Superintendent meetings, known as Regional Advisory Council (RAC) Meetings, to keep district leaders connected and informed. These meetings provide opportunities to share updates, discuss statewide initiatives, and collaborate on issues impacting districts across East Texas. Additional Superintendent Academy sessions, advisory meetings, and leadership events are also scheduled throughout the year.

RAC Meetings

• November 12, 2025 - 10:00 a.m. / First-Time Supt Meeting - 1 p.m. 
• January 7, 2026 - 10:00 a.m. (TEA Visit)
• February 11, 2026 - 10:00 a.m. / First-Time Supt Meeting - 1 p.m.
• April 8, 2026 - 10:00 a.m. / First-Time Supt Meeting - 1 p.m.

Superintendent Academy / Special Meetings

• January 25–28, 2026 – Mid-Winter
• May 6, 2026 – Region 7 Showcase Day

Superintendent Activities & Trainings

• June 2–4, 2026 – Superintendent Symposium in Rockwall
• July 17–18, 2026 – School Board Summit
