With 16 years of experience in education, Raegan Grisby brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by service in a variety of roles across campus and district settings. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, she has developed a strong foundation in supporting student success through strategic planning, program implementation, and continuous improvement.

 

In her current role, she partners with districts to navigate federal programs with clarity and purpose, balancing compliance requirements with a focus on meaningful impact. Her experience across multiple facets of education enables her to provide practical guidance, build capacity, and support systems that drive sustainable outcomes for students, families, and staff.
