He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in School Psychology, from The University of Texas at Tyler. Gaelen has more than 19 years of experience working as a School Psychologist in East Texas. His experience in special education also includes work in Disability Evaluation, Special Education Curriculum Development, and services for at-risk youth.
