Kelsey Wigington is a Specialist in Special Education Services at Region 7 Education Service Center. Kelsey holds a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M- Texarkana and a Master's in Special Education from Lamar University. She has served as a Special Education Director for an S.S.A. Kelsey previously worked as a special education coordinator, an instructional specialist, and a teacher in school districts in the East Texas area. Her experiences have varied from small to large school districts. She currently provides training, technical support, and coaching. Her work is driven by her passion for access and meaningful inclusion for all.
