Nella Custer
Nella Custer is the McKinney-Vento Technician in State & Federal Programs, and works with the McKinney-Vento program and TEHCY SSA. She also helps within the Federal Programs department as needed.
Nella received her Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from Stephen F. Austin State University and has been at the Region 7 ESC since 2022.
