Brandy O'Neal

Brandy O’Neal is the Operations Technician at Region 7 ESC, having joined the team in 2021. With a Bachelor’s in Applied Human Resources Management and 11 years of experience in education, Brandy comes from a district setting and brings a strong passion for supporting the students and schools in Region 7.

As the social media manager, she oversees marketing strategy for workshops and conferences, including event photography. In addition to her marketing role, Brandy also supports the Human Resources department and serves as a contact for Region 7’s eTrain Advantage Compliance courses.

A lifelong resident of Carthage, Texas, Brandy is proud to call East Texas her home.
