Brandy O'Neal

Brandy O’Neal is the Operations Technician at Region 7 ESC, having joined the team in 2021. With a Bachelor’s in Applied Human Resources Management and over a decade of experience in education, Brandy brings valuable district-level insight and a strong commitment to supporting schools across Region 7.

In her role, Brandy coordinates Human Resources operations, including employee data management, compliance processes, and HR systems. She also serves as a key contact for Region 7’s eTrain Advantage Compliance courses, assisting districts with training access and ensuring alignment with state and federal requirements.

A lifelong resident of Carthage, Texas, Brandy is proud to call East Texas home.
