Swap Talk Collaborative Sessions | 1:10 - 2:30
Swap Talk gives educators a collaborative, PLC-style experience focused on specific programs of study, career clusters, and all things CTE. Participants will share strategies, discuss challenges, explore resources, and connect with others in similar program areas.

Paul Boff
Career & Technical Education Leader
Paul Boff is a Career and Technical Education leader with more than 25 years of experience in CTE leadership, program development, and workforce partnerships across Texas.
Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that expanded career pathways, increased industry-based certifications, and created innovative opportunities for students and educators. Paul currently serves on the Texas FFA Board of Directors and as State Board President for the Career and Technical Association of Texas, where he continues to advocate for high-quality CTE programs statewide.
