College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Series

Join us for a half-day workshop designed for educators, administrators, and district staff to gain a thorough understanding of the Individual Graduation Committees (IGC) as outlined in TEC §28.0258.

Participants will learn about the criteria for students who have failed the end-of-course (EOC) assessment graduation requirements for no more than two courses and how they can still qualify to graduate with an IGC determination. The workshop will cover:

• Overview of TEC §28.0258
• Step-by-step process for establishing and managing IGCs
• Best practices for supporting students through the IGC process
• Recent updates and changes to the IGC requirements

By the end of this workshop, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively support students in meeting graduation requirements through the IGC pathway.
