K-5 Bluebonnet Math Collective

The K-5 Bluebonnet Math Collective brings elementary teachers together to plan and teach with Bluebonnet Learning K-5 Math. K-2 and 3-5 teachers meet with others teaching the same grade band to dig into upcoming topics and lessons, share delivery moves that work, and get more out of their high-quality instructional materials (HQIM).

Sessions are offered at Region 7 ESC in Kilgore and at sites in Rusk and Van. Find your grade band and the location that works best for you, then register for each session you plan to attend.

Growing Great Instruction with K-5 Bluebonnet Math: Rooted in Fluency

Join us for Growing Great Instruction: Rooted in Fluency as we take a deep dive into the Fluency component of Bluebonnet Learning K–5. Educators will explore the purpose and design of Bluebonnet Fluency, examine the different fluency routines, and uncover how these daily opportunities build students’ mathematical understanding, flexibility, and automaticity. Together, we’ll dig into the “why” behind fluency and discover how intentional implementation can help students grow stronger mathematical foundations.
