Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) Series

Advance your leadership practice with the AEL Advancing Educational Leadership series at Region 7 ESC. Designed for current and aspiring instructional leaders, this required training for Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) evaluators provides a strong foundation in instructional leadership, practical application, and research-based best practices.

Across each three-day session, participants will explore the five interlocking themes of educational leadership and seven interwoven strands of effective soft skills through scaffolded activities, reflection, and networking opportunities that support real-world leadership growth.
