Conflict is WAR! Mastering Conflict & Confrontation Without Burning Bridges

Presenter: Julie Burch

Let’s be real, conflict is not going anywhere. It shows up in meetings, emails, team dynamics, and sometimes even in our own heads. And confrontation? That is the part most people avoid like bad office coffee.

In this high-energy, real-world session, Julie Burch breaks down conflict and confrontation in a way that works in everyday professional situations. This is not about stiff scripts or corporate jargon. It is about what to say, how to say it, and how to stay steady when the conversation matters.

Participants will learn how to handle tough conversations with confidence, clarity, and control, so they can stop dreading conflict and start using it as a tool for better results, stronger relationships, and professional growth.

More sessions coming soon. Additional breakout sessions and presenters will be added as details are finalized.

Vendors

Vendor shopping will be available throughout the day during scheduled breaks, lunch, and networking times. Attendees will have opportunities to browse, connect, and discover helpful resources.
