The Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating and supporting teacher growth. This three-day training prepares administrators to effectively use the T-TESS rubric across all four domains: Planning, Instruction, Learning Environment, and Professional Practice and Responsibilities.

Participants will gain the knowledge and tools needed to conduct high-quality appraisals and support continuous improvement in instructional practices. Appraisers must also possess an ILD (Individualized Leadership Development) certificate or an AEL (Advanced Educational Leadership) certificate as a co-requisite to the T-TESS certification.
