T-PESS Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System
Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS) training is designed for administrators who are principals or who will be evaluating principals using the T-PESS model. This training builds appraiser understanding of the T-PESS rubric, including how the indicators and descriptors are represented through essential leadership actions.
Participants will strengthen their knowledge of the evaluation process and gain a clearer understanding of how T-PESS supports effective principal leadership and professional growth.
