The TASI Assessment Series provides virtual learning opportunities throughout the 2026-2027 school year focused on current Texas assessment information. Sessions address legislative updates, accessibility, TELPAS, TELPAS Alternate, STAAR Alternate 2, and STAAR so educators and district leaders can stay informed as testing windows approach.

Who Should Attend

Assessment Information Is Valuable Beyond the Testing Office

The series is designed for testing coordinators, district and campus leaders, administrators, teachers, and other educators who support students before, during, or after state assessment.

Individual sessions may be especially helpful for certain roles or programs, so participants are encouraged to choose the topics most relevant to their work.

TASI - House Bill 8 Assessment Updates

Get timely information about House Bill 8 assessment updates and what districts and campuses need to know as they prepare for upcoming changes in the Texas assessment system.

The session will help participants understand important timelines, reporting information, and updates related to the Student Success Tool and the evolving state assessment landscape.

Accessibility for the Texas Assessment Program 26-27

Learn about accessibility features and designated supports available to students participating in the Texas Assessment Program during the 2026-2027 school year.

Participants will review state assessment accessibility information and explore practical ways districts and campuses can support students appropriately during testing.
