The Region 7 ESC Superintendent Symposium will take place on June 4-6, 2024.
Region 7 ESC would like to extend an invitation to your company to participate as a corporate sponsor at the 2024 Region 7 ESC Superintendent Symposium.
The symposium will be held at Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront at 2055 Summer Lee Dr. in Rockwall, Texas on June 4-6, 2024.
Sponsorships are offered at Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels. This will be an excellent networking and advertising opportunity for your company. Your financial support will promote the success of the Symposium.
AGENDA
In addition to our existing sponsorship packages, we offer supplementary options for cocktail hours, lake tours, and a cigar bar, priced at $1000 each. These exclusive packages are available only to Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors.
We are also excited to introduce additional scholarship opportunities this year.

Region 7 ESC has secured all meals, programs, and associated expenses. However, all hotel room charges and incidentals are the sponsor's responsibility. All hotel accommodations must be made by contacting the hotel at https://group.hilton.com/wv54f8. Please book under the Symposium room block to help us with meal counts. The reservation deadline is May 1, 2024.
