Transition is an ongoing, coordinated set of activities designed to meet the unique needs of students with a disability and prepare them for further education, employment, and independent living.
Region 7 ESC is available to provide technical assistance, training, and support for districts regarding best practices and state and federal compliance.

The purpose of the TNET listserv is to provide general information and updates about post-secondary transition to agencies and service providers who work with students with a disability.
Transition and VAC
The Transition and VAC listserv is intended for educators who are responsible for or interested in the area of transition and vocational support for students served by Special Education. Notices about training opportunities and information about current issues, state requirements, and legal updates will be shared.
