Connie Parks is a Special Education Specialist in Evaluation at the Region 7 Education Service Center. With over 25 years of experience in special education, she has worked across various grade levels and settings as a special education teacher and educational diagnostician. She has eighteen years of experience as a diagnostician. She served as Lead Diagnostician within a school district, where she not only conducted assessments but also provided guidance and leadership to a dedicated team of professionals. She now proudly serves as the evaluation specialist at Region 7, providing training, technical support, and coaching.
