Dropout Prevention and Career/College Readiness
The ESC 7 Accountability Turnaround Team provides technical assistance and professional development to support high school reform efforts and improve graduation and college readiness rates. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, leadership training for principals and teachers, academic coaching for math and science, implementation of personal graduation plans, the use of data from assessments to inform curriculum and instruction, school improvement and redesign, effective instructional strategies, curriculum alignment between high school and postsecondary, and best practices in small learning communities.
