egion VII provides a Help Desk for both district and internal support. The Help Desk is the first line of contact when technology problems arise. District technology contacts are encouraged to contact the Help Desk for problems related to ESC7Net. District personnel should report any problems to their district technology contact, who will then contact the Region VII Help Desk.
