Drivers may re-certify within one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the expiration date without changing the expiration date.
Persons whose certification has
been expired for one year or more must take the complete 20-clock hour
certification course.

* Each re-certification
participant must furnish a copy of their prior training card to the
instructor for ESC records. If a participant cannot attend, the instructor must
be notified immediately so that the slot can be filled.
