Rounded Rectangle: Each re-certification participant must furnish a copy of their training card to the instructor to verify eligibility before taking the class.                                                                                                        

                                                                                                                                                                   

 

 

 

 

Drivers may re-certify within one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the expiration date without changing the expiration date.

 

Persons whose certification has been expired for one year or more must take the complete 20-clock hour certification course.
