Region VII Education Service Center addresses the needs of regional administrators in a variety of ways.

Administrator Conference
Annually, the service center coordinates a conference designed specifically for superintendents. Presenters are invited to provide information on current topics of interest and/or successful programs. Opportunities for participation in professional organizations are also provided.

Regional Superintendents Meeting
At least nine times annually, the service center coordinates meetings for superintendents in the region. These meetings provide information of current interest and provide a forum for idea exchange.

Joint Meeting with Board of Directors
Each June, the service center invites Region VII superintendents to attend a joint meeting with Region VII Board of Directors.

Administrator Technical Assistance
Administrators may request assistance throughout the year on any aspect of school management. Assistance may be provided by telephone or through consultation. Questions regarding program requirements and possible alternatives are encouraged.
