Placing students in the environment where they can be successful in achieving curricular TEKS-based goals is critical to a student receiving a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). All educators, general and special, must collaborate and implement research-based instructional strategies to meet the needs of all students in the classroom.

- Researching, collecting, and disseminating current information about accessing the general curriculum
